I saw this less than 3 minute video first shared on LinkedIn by Mac Anderson. It is a worthwhile watch.
It speaks to several passionate beliefs of we Professional EOS Implementers,-
- Hire people who fit the seat they will fill – in other words, they “Get it”, “Want it” and have the “Capacity” to do the job. Accountants and Sales Reps are like the Eagles and Ducks referenced in the title of the video.
- Make sure the people you hire identify with and are attracted by your Core Values – you can’t train Core Values.
- Focus on just a few things and do them extra ordinarily well – Less Is More.
