There are many ways to describe your value proposition. I have heard it called your USP – your unique sales proposition, your value add, what differentiates you, – the list goes on.
In the Entrepreneurial Operating System ( EOS) model one component of your company’s Marketing Strategy is what we call your Three Uniques.
Your three uniques are those qualities of your product or service that together make you different from any other competitor in the market. The idea is that others may have one or two of these qualities, but no one has all three.
